In the light of day
This is the time to pray
The darkness will come
When all we can do is hum.

Jesus is with them a while.
He will go that extra mile.
His followers will smile.
As He returns in a little while.

Come Holy Spirit setting us free.
The comforter, the helper in me.
Breaking chains.
Breakthrough.

Make me a new wine skin.
Holy grace pours within.
God’s glory and power.
Come fill us in this hour.

On the table of faith
He sets before me.
Presence of God in the room.
All glory belongs to the Lord.

Small beginnings
Crushing with every breath
Rain, birds chirping, and colors
Magnify the hurt, the enemy keeps your attention on the pain.

God will get your attention.
The tear catcher will turn them to blessings.
Wine on the table.
Spiritual burns in a pleasing aroma.
