Shake the Ground

The sacrifice was given for
God so loved the world.
Kingdom business is greatest
Of anything we can imagine.

We yield to you
To be close to you
You, and you alone.
Look at all you’ve done.

Whatever you put your hand to
Do what only you can do.
It would have been enough.
Sometimes it feels rough.

I want to do my part,
You know what’s in my heart.
Toss fear into the wind.
A fresh wind delivers my mind.

Lay it all down
At the feet of Jesus.
Wholeness is the truth
When we stand in His faith.

Hallowed be your name.
Holy holy
Glory glory
You are the same.

Wash me.
Humble me.
You are worthy.
I can’t be holy without you.

Minister to the Lord,
Pour out honor and blessings
And all that I can afford.
All that I am is yours, Lord.

I am the unblemished lamb
With the Christ dwelling inside.
The Lord is my shepherd and
He is with me in all things.

I am helpless without him.
His might gives me strength.
I trust God to deliver me.
He is faithful and just.

The Holy Spirit comforts.
Thank you, Abba.
Thank you, Jesus.
Thank you, Holy Spirit.

Peacemakers are called sons of God.
Thirst and hunger shall be satisfied.
Mercy shall follow the merciful.

Opportunity for God to be glorified
So that the works of God might be displayed,
The manifestation of divine power.
Glory is his name.

My heart is yours.
I fall down on all fours.
Cannot quench this love.
Keeps my eyes above.
All at once, the love of the Father comes.

Fresh fire, Fresh wind. Fresh wine.
Sing a new song with the angels.
Sing a new song of praise.

Above all things, clothe yourself in love.
The sword of your Word
Cuts the ties that bind.
Set us free because you can.
The belt of truth knows your glory.
The shield of faith is a gift that we hold onto.
Helmet of salvation brings the strength of the living God that dwells within us.
Peace be about your feet as you walk in His boots.
The love of the Father.
The truth of His Word.

Be free, little lamb, Sophie.

(ScottM wrote these words down tonight at church mostly during worship session, but also inspired by what I heard 3/4/2026)
