This is a new thing for me. I’ve wanted to hear the voice of the Lord. I’ve thought about it, and asked for it. What I hadn’t done yet, is pray for it. Like, really pray. Perhaps something happened, or I did something. The thing is, I know that I know God trusts me more.

My word: Amber. Thank you, Lord. In a prayerful mindset during a praise and worship session at church before a “Men’s Bible Study” on May 28, 2025, I asked God to give me a word, something important. I asked for a word to deliver to a brother in Christ who was in the room with me praising God. I asked for a word for me. I asked for anything, please speak to me Lord and draw close to me. Amen.

He did, and I listened. Amber, is what I heard. I asked, What does this mean? I was taught recently by Keith Miller that true wisdom is asking what is it, Lord (Zechariah 4:4). I considered everything I had ever heard about amber. I remembered testimony about a vision that was shared with me about the throne room in heaven having amber water instead of crystal. No, I didn’t know what amber means, but I knew God knew and wanted me to know. Eventually, somehow, I knew God was showing me scripture, His Word is Truth.

I did a bible app search for amber in NKJV and the very first verse was Ezekiel 8:2 which exactly described my most memorable vision I’ve had so far, I was amazed. It was Dusty (link to previous testimony), Jesus Christ himself. I had called him an angel, but different from others that, up to this point, had always been white and bright.

Dusty was brown or tan, with fire. Now, I know that I know He was amber, not khaki. Amber = His presence. God gave me this word to show me the truth. He was there, He offered His hand to the child of God during the deliverance session on that night. I’m listening. I’m seeing. I am Your servant. Thank you for this vision of Jesus. Thank you for opening my ears. I pray for more more more more. (This was written during worship at men’s meeting Thursday 5/29/2025.)

Open my ears

During this same week, I asked the Lord to open my ears. I heard Gods voice say love and honor very clearly and precisely. I now hear my brothers and sisters in Christ with love and honor.
