I had these scriptures given to me today. Revealed and seen.

These first three came from my bible app. “It’s important to have friendships with people who can encourage you. Having two or three people in life who can help keep you accountable is a necessary part of your faith journey.”

1 Timothy 6:12 (NIV)
¹² Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

Philippians 1:6 (NIV)
⁶ being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

1 Chronicles 16:34 (NIV)
³⁴ Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.

Then Scriptures given to me today from my pastor in real life, his sermon today. “The false prophets expect me to carry the load…. Warfare knowledge, two kingdoms fighting for me.”

Matthew 23:1-4 (NIV)
¹ Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: ² “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. ³ So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. ⁴ They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.

Matthew 24:4-13 (NIV)
⁴ Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. ⁵ For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. ⁶ You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. ⁷ Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. ⁸ All these are the beginning of birth pains.
⁹ “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. ¹⁰ At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, ¹¹ and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. ¹² Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, ^{13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.}

Romans 5:1-5 (CSB)
¹ Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. ² We have also obtained access through him by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we boast in the hope of the glory of God. ³ And not only that, but we also boast in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces endurance, ⁴ endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope. ⁵ This hope will not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Then the last Scriptures given to me today came from my previous pastor online, his sermon today. “It’s the little things… not the big miracle of the NIV title “An Axhead Floats.” They asked him to come and he did. Elisha represents the Word of God as His anointed prophet. God goes with you, whether good or bad, whether epic or boring. What are you building? (Finish reading 2 Kings 6:5-7 if you’re looking for the axhead miracle.)

2 Kings 6:1-4 (NIV)
¹ The company of the prophets said to Elisha, “Look, the place where we meet with you is too small for us. ² Let us go to the Jordan, where each of us can get a pole; and let us build a place there for us to meet.”
And he said, “Go.”
³ Then one of them said, “Won’t you please come with your servants?”
“I will,” Elisha replied. ⁴ And he went with them.
They went to the Jordan and began to cut down trees.
